It Manager Domain Creation

Responsibilities 

• Lead adoption of SOLID, OOPs, Clean Architecture, design patterns across backend (.NET Core) and frontend (React). 
• Architect scalable, modular domain-driven designs aligned with HIPAA/GDPR compliance. 
• Build secure, high-performance Web APIs with EF Core, async processing, transaction management, and concurrency control. 
• Design React applications emphasizing reusable components, state management (Hooks, Context API, Redux), and responsive UI. 
• Develop middleware, handle security protocols (JWT, OAuth2.0, OIDC, mTLS), and enforce data encryption and privacy standards. 
• Manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), cloud deployments (Azure App Services, Blob Storage, Functions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and application monitoring. 
• Drive AI/ML initiatives: predictive analytics, NLP (HL7/FHIR), recommendation engines, chatbots, with ethical and regulatory compliance. 
• Define and implement testing strategies including unit, integration, UI, compliance, and automation within CI/CD. 
• Mentor technical teams, lead code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and data science stakeholders. 
• Oversee problem-solving, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and change management. 

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience 

• Bachelors/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 
• 6+ years in .NET Core, React, App Architecture, Azure within healthcare or regulated domains. 

Technical Skills (Essential) 

• C#, .NET Core, EF Core, REST APIs 
• React (Hooks, Context API, Redux, component design) 
• OOPs, SOLID, Dependency Injection, Clean Architecture 
• Security: JWT, OAuth2.0, OIDC, mTLS, data protection 
• API enhancements: versioning, pagination, rate limiting 
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Azure Cloud basics 

Technical Skills (Good to Have) 

• Docker, Kubernetes 
• AI/ML in healthcare: predictive analytics, NLP, model deployment 
• Advanced QA & automation: xUnit, Selenium/Playwright 
• Healthcare standards: HIPAA, GDPR, HL7, FHIR
