We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead and deliver complex software and website projects. This role requires a deep understanding of backend development, server management, and architectural design. The ideal candidate will effectively manage project lifecycles, delegate tasks to a skilled team, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for software and website initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

• Technical Leadership & Architecture:

• Design and implement technical architectures for software and web projects.
• Manage server infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Leverage previous backend development experience to guide technical decision-making.

• Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and delegate work to cross-functional teams.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Risk & Quality Management:

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and adhered to.
• Report project progress and performance to senior management.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and update sessions.
• Manage vendor relationships when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience

  in IT project management, with a strong background in backend development.
• Proven track record of managing software and website projects from conception to completion.

• Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in backend development and a solid understanding of server management.
• Familiarity with various technical architectures and modern web technologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

• Leadership & Communication:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
