Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Sales | Kolkata (Salt Lake) Location : Salt Lake, Kolkata Experience : Minimum 2 years in Sales (IT Sales experience is a strong advantage) Qualification : Graduation is a must Profile : Business Development Manager Package : Up to ₹35,000 in hand + Unlimited Incentives Key Responsibilities : Develop & implement sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to generate leads and boost revenue. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention. Negotiate sales deals and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Take and process orders , handle after-sales support, and resolve issues on behalf of the client. Coordinate registration processes and ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulations. Respond to client inquiries and manage all related follow-up activities efficiently. Gain comprehensive product knowledge to confidently communicate offerings and improve performance.
