About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT & Business Project Manager to bridge technology and business operations, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals. You will oversee IT projects while optimizing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving efficiency through technology solutions. Sales, QA, and Multiple Roles and Responsibilities would be there.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives (e.g., software implementations, system upgrades, digital transformation).
• Align IT projects with business objectives, ensuring ROI and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend tech-driven improvements.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for simultaneous projects.
• Act as a liaison between IT, leadership, and business units to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, ITIL).
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project status and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in IT project management + business operations (e.g., process improvement, strategi planning) + Quality Assurance
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or CBAP.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello), ERP/CRM systems, and data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
