About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (IT) with strong expertise in bidding and handling international projects. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of bidding portals and proven experience in generating leads and closing deals for SEO, Web Development, and Mobile App Development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and bid for potential business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other B2B portals.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, RFPs, and quotations for SEO, web development, and app development projects.
  • Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand project requirements, scope, and cost estimates for accurate bidding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
  • Track, report, and optimize business development activities and pipeline growth.

Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in business development in the IT services industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
  • Must have a successful track record of winning SEO, Web Development, and App Development projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and IT service offerings.
  • Experience in preparing business proposals and cost estimations.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
