Jr React developer

Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior React Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows. Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive web applications using React.js Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide variety of web-capable devices and browsers Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality Debug and resolve technical issues Required Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles Experience with popular React workflows (such as Redux or Context API) Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) Proficient in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles Experience with version control tools like Git Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them Good to Have: Knowledge of TypeScript Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2–3 years of relevant work experience in front-end development with React To apply, please send your resume to hr@techpumpkin.ca or apply directly on indeed.
