Business Development Manager

We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and contribute to our company’s growth. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence. Identify potential business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and networking. Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs. Work with internal teams to craft customized proposals and ensure seamless project handovers. Drive sales targets and contribute to revenue growth objectives. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Track performance metrics and generate reports for leadership review. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar role in the IT industry. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client acquisition strategies, and lead nurturing. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales tracking.
