Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, events, and industry research.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
• Present and pitch HRxchanges recruitment solutions effectively to decision-makers.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and physical visits to strengthen relationships, understand organizational culture, and build trust.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Only male candidates preferred, as the role involves client meetings and frequent travel.

2. 4-8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.

3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

4.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to open doors, engage with senior stakeholders, and build long-term client relationships.

6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and results.

7.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
