Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and prepare proposals and presentations to meet client needs. The position also involves creating growth strategies, conducting market research to identify emerging trends, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailor-made solutions for clients. You will play a key role in driving company growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy formulation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Market research, trend analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies
• Proficiency with CRM software, data analytics, and sales tools
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Knowledge of the animation, VFX, or creative content industry is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
