Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D character models based on concept art or creative direction. Sculpt characters in ZBrush or Blender with detailed topology for animation. Texture characters using tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc. Collaborate with rigging and animation teams to ensure proper deformation and appeal in motion. Work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Receive and implement feedback quickly and constructively. Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Blender or Maya , ZBrush , Substance Painter , and related software. Strong portfolio showcasing character modeling, texturing, and design. Understanding of stylized and realistic anatomy, proportions, and facial expression. Basic knowledge of rigging and animation-friendly topology. Ability to interpret briefs and turn concepts into fully realized 3D characters. Preferred But Not Required: Experience with character design from scratch. Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine. Knowledge of Marvelous Designer or character cloth simulation. Experience working in a remote or collaborative pipeline.
