Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of
experience in sales management, specifically in the real estate and development industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving targets in the real estate sector. Experience in dealing with developers and understanding real estate market trends is crucial.

· Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to

· Use sales forecasting methods and techniques to analyze and filter serious leads.
Manage the lead pipeline effectively, ensuring that potential clients are followed up
with in a timely and consistent manner.
· Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders to
promote Mulberry Villas & Pods products, creating long-lasting business connections.
· Review market analysis and meet with clients to assess their current and future needs,
ensuring the company maintains a quality relationship with each customer
· Ensure continuous follow-ups with prospective leads, addressing client queries, and
providing necessary information. Engage in constructive dialogues to close deals and
convert leads into clients.
· Develop and implement innovative sales campaigns and strategies to attract new
customers while retaining existing ones. Work towards driving revenue and market
expansion.
· Represent Mulberry Villas & Pods at industry conferences, meetings, and events to
increase the company’s market presence and foster professional relationships.
· Work closely with other departments, such as the Design Team, to support sales
initiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects.
· Set clear and achievable sales targets, regularly tracking progress and making
adjustments to strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
· Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing insights on
performance, challenges, and recommendations for growth
· Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor
strategies to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
· Use strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals that contribute to the profitable
growth of the business.
The ideal candidate should be dynamic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute towards
expanding Mulberry Villas & Pods market share through innovative strategies, strong client
relationships, and effective sales practices.
