Sr. Architect

Senior Architect / (Residential & Commercial)

Location Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Key Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in both Residential and Commercial architecture and interior design projects.
• Technical Expertise:
• Expertise in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Estimation.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, and Lumion.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Revit is highly desirable.
• Design Integration: Proven experience in Design Development and the seamless integration of all allied areas, materials, and services (MEP, structure, finishes) to deliver comprehensive projects across different scales.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client, vendor, and stakeholder management.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Architect will manage the project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring design integrity and successful execution for both residential and commercial sectors.

Design Leadership & Development

• Drive the architectural and interior design process from concept development (including Design Program Making, Zoning, and Analysis) through to detailed completion.
• Develop and present comprehensive project proposals and design concepts tailored to residential user needs and commercial business requirements.
• Prepare all necessary design drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Adjust and refine designs based on client needs (User/Client), site conditions, and adherence to technical and budgetary constraints.

Project & Technical Execution

• Create accurate BOQ and Estimation documents.
• Develop Detailed Drawings and technical specifications.
• Manage the integration of all allied areas, materials, and services for cohesive project delivery.
• Determine and adhere to project budgets and timelines.

Client Management & Compliance

• Meet directly with clients to determine project goals and requirements for both individual homeowners and corporate/commercial entities.
• Maintain close interaction with clients to achieve the design as per their choice.
• Comply with all relevant safety standards and local planning regulations specific to residential and commercial construction.
• Conduct research and compile reports on project feasibility and environmental impact as required.

Site & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
