Job Description: Manage Business Development organization goals, objectives and quota achievement Increase and convert new business opportunities to grow revenue across our business with a cyber-security focus Manage a diverse mix of territory with responsibilities of inbound and outbound prospecting Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics Ensure the effective use of CRM Compile weekly/monthly reports, modify as needed Proactively work to improve the cadence and throughput of the assigned sales development resources Work closely with the operations team to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development Work with digital marketing & web researchers to ensure efficient prospect/customer information exchange and hand-off Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, face to face meetings, phone, email, social selling and networking Engage in activities to increase opportunities in the sales pipeline Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects, business problems and the solutions we have to offer Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term overall account goals in line with company vision Updating and maintaining the Salesforce CRM Show more Show less
