Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead sales and marketing efforts within the education sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for growing our market share by targeting schools, colleges, and universities, promoting our Intelligent Transport Management Solutions (ITMS). This role demands a proactive, relationship-focused individual with a keen ability to close deals and drive institutional adoption of our technology-driven safety and efficiency platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • To identify, approach, and onboard educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities) for our ITMS offerings.
  • To manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and needs assessment, through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with school administrators, transport supervisors, and other decision-makers.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns, deliver presentations, and represent Conjoinix at educational events and conferences.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement, feedback collection, and continuous solution optimization.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor key metrics, and present regular reports to senior management.
  • Keep track of competitor trends, evolving industry needs, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of successful B2B sales experience—preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or transport/logistics sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Skills in managing full sales cycles and building client relationships.
  • Domain Experience: Familiarity with schools, colleges, or educational boards is a strong asset./Field sales Experience is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in field-based, independent environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
