Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager B2B Sales / Business Development to drive business growth in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals. Key Responsibilities (KRA): 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers across key industry segments (e.g., HoReCa, Retail Chains, Distributors, Corporates, etc.). 2. Account Management & Relationship Building • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients to drive repeat business. • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, negotiations, and contract renewals. • Travel across the business territory to meet clients, provide after-sales support, and reinforce business relationships. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business objectives. • Work closely with the team on pricing strategies, promotions, and bulk order negotiations to maximize revenue. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. 4. Market Research & Competition Analysis • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Track competitor pricing, product launches, and promotional activities. 5. Sales Operations & Reporting • Follow up on payment collection from the market/clients, keeping a tap on credit period of all key accounts managed. • Ensuring supply chain management is as per standard promised to the clients. • Ensure timely follow-ups and order processing to enhance client experience. 6. Coordination with Internal Teams • Work closely with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and payment collection.
