Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Business Development Manager

who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing impactful deals. You’ll be the front face for Brandmovers with clients and partners, driving growth by converting conversations into long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying opportunities across industries.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
  • Pitch Brandmovers’ capabilities to prospective clients and design tailored proposals.
  • Lead client conversations from first contact to deal closure.
  • Work closely with Creative, Tech, and Strategy teams to deliver winning solutions.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (agency background preferred).
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into winning solutions.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong network within the advertising/marketing/digital ecosystem is a plus.
