Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager - BPO

Location:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for BPO services (domestic and international).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with operations, pricing, and transition teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging outsourcing opportunities.
Prepare business presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
Represent the company in industry events and networking forums.

Key Requirements

Graduate / MBA preferred.
Proven track record in
BPO sales
,
outsourcing business acquisition
, or
client relationship management
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of
BPO delivery models
(voice, non-voice, back-office, shared services, etc.).
Experience in
international sales
also preferred.
Goal-oriented with ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
