Position: Area Sales Manager / Project Sales Manager

Education Qualification : BE / B-Tech / + MBA

Reporting: to Director- Sales

Preferred candidate: We seek a dynamic, highly professional Area Sales Manager/ Project Sales to drive sales and business growth in the building material sector, focusing on infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the construction and infrastructure market, and knowledge of modular furniture, modular partitions, carpets, and acoustic. Also, a well-established network of government consulting agencies and architects and PMCs. Should be capable of major product specification in B2B project business strategy & D&B turnkey opportunities.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Sales and Business Development:

Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in the assigned territory. Convert inquiries into long-term business relationships.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, and contractors.

Work closely with consultants and influencers to promote brand acceptance in tenders.

  • Target Achievement:

Meet and Exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Market Research:

Identify new market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of competition. Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies.

  • Team Management:

Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring productivity and performance.

  • Product Promotion:

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

Maintained accurate sales reports, forecasts, client interactions, and project progress.

Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and competitor analyses for management.

  • Distribution Management

Handle dealer and distributor networks to maximize reach and profitability.
