Project Sales

We are looking for a skilled Project Sales Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to drive business growth by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing a strong network with contractors, builders, HNI clients, architects, and structure consultants. This position is based in Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Ludhiana.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
• Conduct technical and commercial meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Achieve sales targets for the area allotted in project sales.
• Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
• Follow up with existing clients.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Strong skills in closing deals, client relationship management, presentation, and communication.
• Experience working with contractors, HNI clients, individual house owners, architects, structure consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Marbles, Stones, Building Material, Sales, Architects, Builders, Project Sales, and Walk-in.
