Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our BFSI recruitment practice. The candidate will develop and maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, and fintech firms to deliver high-quality staffing solutions across junior to leadership levels. Key Responsibilities: *Drive new client acquisition in Banking, Insurance, NBFC & Fintech sectors. *Build and manage client relationships with CHROs, Talent Heads, and HR managers. *Pitch recruitment services for roles in sales, operations, compliance, risk, finance, technology, and leadership. *Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service-level agreements. *Ensure timely delivery of mandates in coordination with recruitment teams. *Keep track of regulatory changes, fintech trends, and BFSI hiring demands. *Meet and exceed defined sales & revenue targets. Skills & Competencies: *Strong understanding of BFSI sector and its hiring needs. *Existing corporate network within banks/financial institutions. *Proven track record in recruitment/staffing sales. *Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
