The Role:

Your Mission:
1. Client Acquisition:
•	Identify and secure new clients in India, USA, Canada, and other regions, driving business growth and market presence.
•	Build long-lasting relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and talent acquisition teams.
2. Revenue Leadership:
•	Drive exponential revenue growth through innovative business development strategies.
•	Deliver measurable results by achieving key revenue milestones in 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
3. Market Expansion:
•	Explore untapped industries and geographies, positioning our company as the preferred staffing partner.
•	Stay ahead of market trends to provide clients with cutting-edge recruitment solutions.
4. Strategy & Innovation:
•	Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to win lucrative partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:
•	Proven Experience: 5+ years in business development within the staffing/recruitment industry with a stellar track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
•	Global Network: Strong connections with decision-makers in key industries across India, USA, Canada, or other markets.
•	Territory Expertise: Deep knowledge of the hiring landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics in your focused geographies.
•	Strategic Thinker: Exceptional ability to craft and execute business strategies that yield high-impact results.
•	Master Negotiator: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to close high-value deals.
