Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, creating strategic business plans, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, meeting potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10 to 20 Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Preparation
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cosmetics industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Degree -M. Pharm or B. Pharm or MBA is preferred
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding business
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
