Business Development Manager (IT sales)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (IT sales) to join our Marketing team, who will be responsible for expanding the client base and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients and market segments for cybersecurity solutions and services.

• Understand Various technologies that we offer/develop expertise in, lead research/prospecting & targeting specific sector, should have experience in Presales, Proposal writing, RFP, Tender, etc.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships.

• Initiate and lead sales engagements, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate new business opportunities.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and marketing trends to the management team.

Skills Required:

• Proven work experience as Business Development Manager (IT sales) or in a similar role in the software industries/ Cyber security industries.

• Candidates with a background in the cybersecurity sector will be given priority.

• Deep understanding of technologies and services.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
