Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team.

JOB ROLES:

1. Leads follow up and CRM updates.

2 Client consultation

3. Site visit

4. Estimate preparation.

5. Coordination with designers and clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify target markets, key clients, and potential business opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

3. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

SKILLS:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the interior design industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
