Job Title: IT Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Manager to drive our business growth in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue for our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international IT markets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, research, referrals, and lead-generation tools.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Present IT solutions and services to clients through proposals, presentations, and demos.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and future requirements.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and solution architects to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business growth for leadership.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services or software sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Software Development, SaaS, ERP/CRM, etc.).
  • Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,247.91 - ₹59,047.24 per month
