Overview:
A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. In the IT & digital services sector, a BDM focuses on promoting services such as digital marketing, website development, software solutions, and related offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Pitch and present digital marketing, website development, and IT services to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate leads.
• Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or IT sales (2–5 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, website development, or IT products/services.
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
