Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Study Abroad to expand our overseas education services. The BDM will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with partners and institutions, acquiring new students, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international education, business partnerships, and student recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve admission targets for countries like Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and New Zealand. Build and manage a network of channel partners, sub-agents, and institutional tie-ups. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including school/college collaborations, corporate tie-ups, and event participation. Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and student outreach programs. Maintain strong relationships with university/institution representatives to stay updated on offerings and incentives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student behavior to develop actionable insights. Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to generate leads and improve conversion. Create regular reports on business performance, pipeline development, and lead generation efforts. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. Minimum 3–6 years of experience in business development or student recruitment in the study abroad industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Strong understanding of the overseas education landscape and visa processes. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Preferred Skills: Prior experience working with international universities or global student recruitment platforms. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
