Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Title: Business Development Manager Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Location: Onsite – Dwarka, Delhi Company: Stackerbee Technologies --- Job Summary: Stackerbee Technologies is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and ERP/technical product sales. If you thrive on cold calling, client meetings, and presenting solutions that make an impact, this role is your chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation with us. --- Key Responsibilities: Conduct impactful product demos that clearly communicate the benefits of our ERP and tech solutions. Identify client needs through strategic cold calling and one-on-one interactions, tailoring solutions accordingly. Build clear and concise flowcharts and proposals to simplify complex technical solutions. Lead pricing discussions and close deals that balance value and profitability. Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial pitch to deal closure and ongoing account management. Represent the company in client meetings and events, maintaining strong professional relationships. Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients by identifying new business opportunities. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports for leadership. --- Preferred Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Proven success in cold calling and lead generation for B2B products. Prior experience in client meetings and high-stakes negotiations. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
