About QuikNest India  QuikNest India is a fast-growing property management and real estate services company,  focused on delivering seamless rental, leasing, and asset management solutions. With  tech-driven processes and customer-first service, we help property owners, tenants, and  institutional partners experience hassle-free transactions and long-term value creation.  Role Summary  As a Business Development Manager at QuikNest, you will lead initiatives to expand the  company’s property portfolio, drive tenant acquisition, and contribute directly to revenue  growth. This role requires strategic planning, team collaboration, and strong business  acumen to meet and exceed sales targets. You will manage relationships with property  owners, corporate clients, and channel partners while mentoring executives on the field.  Key Responsibilities  Property & Business Development  Identify and onboard property owners for rental and asset management.  Expand institutional and corporate accounts through strategic partnerships.  Develop and implement business growth plans for revenue generation.  Conduct negotiations with owners, tenants, and partners to maximize profitability.  Client Acquisition & Relationship Management  Acquire new clients (tenants, owners, and corporate accounts).  Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.  Oversee deal closures, agreement drafting, and move-in coordination.  Leadership & Team Collaboration  Guide and mentor Business Development Executives (BDEs).  Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.  Ensure CRM is updated with accurate sales pipeline information.  Performance & Strategy  Achieve and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.  Provide market insights and competitor analysis to senior management.  Support digital campaigns and on-ground initiatives for client acquisition.  Key Skills & Competencies  Strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.  Advanced negotiation and closing ability.  Strategic mindset with proven track record in sales.  Leadership and team management capability.  Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.  Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus.  Qualifications  Mandatory Master’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing/Real Estate preferred).  Minimum 1 year of proven sales or business development experience.  Prior experience in real estate, property management, or B2C sales is an added  advantage.
