Description
We are seeking a dynamic, driven Business Development Manager to lead B2B sales efforts for our staffing‐solutions business across the hospital, hotel and industrial manpower segments. The ideal candidate will have an existing network of contacts in hospitals, hotels, manpower supply companies, and relevant industries, and will be capable of pitching our staffing solutions, forging partnerships, acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients in the hospitals, hotel/hospitality and industrial/manpower segments.
Leverage existing connections in hotels, hospitals, industries, manpower supply companies to develop leads and close deals.
Present and pitch staffing solutions (contract staffing, outsourced manpower supply, workforce solutions) to decision‐makers (HR heads, procurement, operations, hotel general managers, hospital administrators).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; manage account development & client retention.
Develop commercial proposals, negotiate terms, service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts.
Collaborate with delivery/operations team to ensure fulfilment of client requirements, quality of service and timely deployment of manpower.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM, track leads, convert opportunities, meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct market research in the local region/territory to identify new opportunities, industry trends.
Travel as needed within the territory (visiting hotels, hospitals, industry sites) for client meetings, presentations and closing deals.
Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, client feedback and market intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any relevant field (preferred).
Proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in staffing / manpower supply / hospitality / healthcare sectors.
Existing network of industry contacts in hotels, hospitals, manpower supply/outsourcing companies is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, self‐motivated, target & result oriented.
Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, travel in the assigned territory.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipeline tracking and reporting.
High energy, strong follow up skills, ability to understand client requirements, customise solutions and close deals.
