Operation Executive

Position Overview: We are hiring Operations & Documentation Executives to join our growing team. This is an on-site role that requires strong communication skills, excellent command over Excel, and the ability to think logically and document processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and capable of managing structured communication and operational tasks with precision. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Professional Email Communication : Draft and manage clear, error-free, and structured business emails. Excel-Based Data Management : Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets using basic to intermediate functions. Documentation & Reporting : Prepare operational documents, SOPs, and reports accurately and on time. Logical Problem Solving : Apply structured thinking to evaluate, process, and improve task efficiency. Comprehension & Interpretation : Understand written instructions, policies, and data-related tasks thoroughly. Clear Articulation : Explain thoughts and ideas coherently in both written and spoken form. Attention to Detail : Identify small errors, inconsistencies, and maintain quality in outputs.
