Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a solid background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate sector. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client engagement and lead management. The candidate will be responsible for handling on-site visits, understanding client needs, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless client experience from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
On-Site Visits: Accompany clients to project sites, providing detailed information about the property, answering queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Client Consultation: Listen attentively to clients' needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions to meet their real estate requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Lead Management:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and industry events.
Lead Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and client interactions to track progress and plan future actions.
Sales Coordination:
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that client needs are met, and sales targets are achieved. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to the sales team.
Negotiation & Closing: Assist in negotiating terms and closing deals, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the agreement.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
Marketing Activities:
Campaign Management: Support the execution of marketing campaigns to promote properties, including digital marketing, print advertising, and events.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic input for marketing initiatives.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to the management team.
Administrative Duties:
Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules for site visits and client meetings, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback post-visit to improve service quality and inform future strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales and marketing, specifically in the real estate industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
