  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, identify potential investors, and promote our residential and commercial projects to achieve targeted sales and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate leads and sales. Build relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and corporate partners. Identify potential clients and pitch residential, commercial, and investment projects. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities. Attend property expos, events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility. Maintain and update the client database, ensuring proper follow-up and relationship management. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate business development, sales, or investment advisory. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking abilities and client relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
