Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing high-value deals that align with our goals.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to create and execute growth strategies that make a real impact. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on challenge and has a knack for building long-term partnerships, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and close deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on progress and pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Website Design and marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Prior experience in managing partnerships or channel sales.
