Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager in our Modular Kitchen Business, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with architects, interior designers, and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and potential clients. - Generating leads and delivering sales presentations. - Ensuring successful client closures. - Collaborating closely with the design and operations team to ensure seamless project execution. - Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations. You should ideally possess a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the modular kitchen, interiors, or real estate industry. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial.
