Job Description

• •Identify potential clients (developers, builders, institutions, architects, contractors). • • Generate leads through networking, digital channels, cold outreach, and market research. • • Prepare and present capability decks, proposals, and quotations in coordination with technical teams. • • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and site visits to represent the firm. • • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • • Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and pipeline. • • Liaise with design and project teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings. • • Respond to RFPs, EoIs, and tender documents with required documentation. • • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies. Key Skills Required • • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering consultancy services • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities • • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, PowerPoint, CRM (Zoho, HubSpot), LinkedIn • • Ability to create commercial proposals and negotiate contracts • • Knowledge of real estate, construction, and infrastructure markets in India (especially Tamil Nadu)
