•Prepare detailed quantity take-off (QTO) from drawings, BOQs, and construction plans. •Verify quantities executed at site and maintain measurement books (MBs). Prepare client bills, RA bills, and final bills as per contract terms. •Check and certify contractor/subcontractor bills. •Ensure all billing formats comply with project specifications and statutory requirements. •Coordinate with finance for invoice submission and payment follow-up. Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow projections, and budget tracking. •Maintain documentation related to BOQs, drawings, deviations, variation orders (VO), and change requests. •Monitor material consumption and identify discrepancies. •Assist in preparation of claims, EOT justification, and cost impact analysis. Required Skills & Competencies •Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction practices (buildings/roads/infrastructure). •Proficiency in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis. •Good command of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and QS software. •Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills. •Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings. •Good communication and teamwork skills.
1. Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, switches, DBs, motors, cables, and lighting systems. 2. Handle HT/LT equipment, earthing systems, and industrial electrical installations. 3. Ensure all work complies with CEA regulations, Tamil Nadu EB norms, and relevant codes. 4. Follow strict safety practices, including lockout–tagout (LOTO) procedures. 5. Conduct insulation tests, continuity tests, earthing resistance tests, and meter readings. 6. Support in preparing electrical load lists, reports, and checklists.
