Plan and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets Source, evaluate, empanel, and manage vendors and suppliers Negotiate prices, contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms Approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services Control procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and finance teams Monitor vendor performance on quality, delivery, and compliance Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and logistics Ensure procurement documentation and audit compliance Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements Resolve procurement issues, delays, and escalations Lead, guide, and evaluate the procurement team Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and material availability Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
