As a Business Development Manager in our Modular Kitchen Business, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with architects, interior designers, and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships, generating leads, delivering sales presentations, and ensuring successful client closures. Your proactive approach and networking skills will be key in meeting revenue targets and contributing to the overall success of the business. You will be expected to collaborate closely with the design and operations team to ensure the seamless execution of projects. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations will be essential in helping us stay ahead in the market. Your ability to independently manage and close high-value deals will be crucial in achieving our business objectives. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the modular kitchen, interiors, or real estate industry. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial.
