Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products. Showcase jewellery designs, explain product details, weight, purity, and pricing. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain proper product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness at the counter. Assist customers with billing, packaging, and after-sales service. Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent service. Coordinate with the back-office team for stock and inventory requirements.
