Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Business Development Manager to expand our customer base, generate leads, and drive sales through direct field activities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking Present and promote company products/services to customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Collect market feedback and competitor information Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery Ensure proper follow-up and after-sales support Prepare daily field visit and sales reports Requirements & Skills: Any degree / Plus Two (qualification flexible) Freshers with strong communication skills can apply Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills Experience: 0–3 years Location: As per company requirement Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives Growth opportunities within the organization
