Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will require creating and delivering impactful sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the alignment of services with client requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Client Engagement, and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Negotiation
Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Management, and Networking
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Proven experience in working collaboratively across teams to achieve organizational goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Background in packaging, labeling, or related industries is an advantage
Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
