Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and relationship management in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, understand client workforce needs, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Align staffing services with client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Track market trends, attend networking events, and expand our market presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in business development/sales, preferably in staffing/recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
