This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and collaboration with marketing and product teams to meet business objectives.
Proven 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales/ business development, sales, and client relationship management
Strong market research and lead generation skills
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
Strong strategic planning and revenue growth skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience in the marketing or scenting industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
