Our products are widely available across leading online marketplaces and our direct-to-consumer channels. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – E-commerce to manage and grow our presence on various online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Nykaa, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operations related to cataloging, order management, advertising, inventory control, and performance optimization across multiple marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and performance across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.). Handle catalog creation, listing optimization, keyword research, and A+ content uploads. Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory planning with warehouse and supply chain teams. Oversee order processing and return management, as well as ensure timely fulfillment. Track key performance metrics like sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, etc. Resolve operational issues related to listings, payments, returns, account health, and customer feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, finance, and customer service. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing operations and growth on e-commerce platforms. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
