BD Manager/ Officer (Enterprise Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

End to End Sales & Lead Conversion:

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads generated from digital campaigns and website traffic.
  • Qualify leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools; identify pain points and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead records, manage the sales funnel, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Nurture leads through personalized communication and content, moving them toward conversion.
  • Schedule demos, prepare proposals, and assist with closing deals where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of combined experience in

    sales, inside, outside sales and business development.

  • Strong understanding of

    content marketing, social media strategy, and email marketing

  • Proven experience in 

    lead generation, nurturing, and CRM management

  • Experience handling 

    inbound and outbound leads

     and driving them through the funnel
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize campaigns and sales drive
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in 

    startups or small to mid-sized companies

  • Prior experience managing 

    B2B sales funnels

  • Understanding of sales automation tools and marketing analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like 

    Google Analytics
