Required Candidate Profile: 1-6 years of experience in BDE/BDM roles or related fields such as Inside Sales, Institutional Sales, Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, etc. Strong understanding of EdTech industry trends and developments in education administration. Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation and relationship-building. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets. Pleasing personality with excellent communication and soft-spoken nature. Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets. Fluent in spoken and written English, as well as the local language. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Ability to research and learn about best study options for students. Roles and Responsibilities in Detail: Explain admission procedures and courses to students and parents through phone calls. Counsel students and parents about the courses offered. Regularly interact with students and parents to support and guide them through the admission process. Address student and parent queries to help them navigate the admissions process. Meet target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admissions and achieving performance goals. Maintain regular communication with students and parents to coordinate admission activities and resolve issues. Visit various colleges/universities to establish connections with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Principals, and other decision-makers. Organize seminars and workshops in these colleges/universities to promote the institute. Increase awareness of the institute and its offerings through proactive outreach. Ensure students from the partnered colleges enroll in the courses of our institute. Participate in educational fairs and events to promote the institute. Report daily, weekly, and monthly status updates to the management team.
