We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base, enhancing relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. You will play a key role in identifying market trends, engaging with clients, and supporting the company's growth through the development and execution of sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. - Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored business solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients. - Develop and deliver presentations to clients and prospects. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure deals. - Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to the management team. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. - Assist in devising and implementing marketing strategies to attract new business. - Participate in business networking events, conferences, and seminars to enhance the company's industry presence. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related role. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to generate leads effectively and close sales. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. - Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Knowledge of the IT/Technology industry is advantageous. Preferred Skills: - Background in B2B sales or IT solutions sales. - Proficiency in building and maintaining professional relationships. - Experience with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
