Flex Printing Machine Operator

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Company: AJS Business and IT Solutions Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Age Limit: 18 – 35 years Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Flex Printing Machine Operator to join our team at AJS Business and IT Solutions in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining flex printing machines to produce high-quality print materials for various advertising and branding purposes. Key Responsibilities: Operate flex printing machines (e.g., solvent, eco-solvent, or UV printers) as per job requirements Load and unload media (banners, vinyl, etc.) and ensure correct alignment and tension Check print files and adjust printer settings for optimal output quality Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operation Troubleshoot machine errors and perform minor repairs when necessary Ensure timely completion of printing jobs with minimum wastage Maintain inventory of printing materials and report shortages Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area Collaborate with the design and production team to meet customer expectations Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in operating flex or digital large format printing machines preferred Basic understanding of colour matching and print resolution Attention to detail and ability to detect print defects Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime if needed Minimum educational qualification: SSLC/10th pass (preferred but not mandatory) Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Supportive work environment Opportunity for skill development and growth within the company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
