Business Development Manager

Job Role:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our Field Sales team as Business Development Managers. If you're passionate about sales and love working on the ground to drive business growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote our IT and business solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report daily activities and client feedback to the team leader/manager.

Requirements:

• Bike is mandatory (Field Sales role)
• Petrol allowance will be provided.
• Education: Any degree
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and meet clients in person.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
